Thank you for ordering from Sugar Daddy Cookies. Every order is prepared with care, and because our products are perishable baked goods, we do our best to ship orders in a way that protects freshness, quality, and presentation.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed, unless a different timeline is listed on the product page or communicated during checkout.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During holidays, major sales, corporate gifting seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Days
Because our cookies are perishable, we generally ship orders Monday through Wednesday to reduce the risk of packages sitting in transit over the weekend.
In some cases, orders placed later in the week may be held until the next available shipping day to help preserve product quality.
Shipping Locations
Sugar Daddy Cookies currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options may vary based on your delivery address and carrier availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions, discounts, or special shipping offers will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.
Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high carrier volume, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order, including apartment, suite, building, or unit numbers.
Sugar Daddy Cookies is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs or replacement product costs.
Perishable Product Notice
Our cookies are baked goods and should be opened and enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery.
Once delivered, please bring your package inside promptly. Sugar Daddy Cookies is not responsible for product damage caused by packages being left outside, exposed to heat, rain, humidity, freezing temperatures, animals, theft, or other conditions after delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months or shipments to hotter climates, we may adjust packaging, shipping timing, or available shipping methods to help protect the quality of your order.
Even with careful packaging, some melting, softening, or shifting may occur during transit, especially in warm weather. This does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe to eat.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sugar Daddy Cookies is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier office.
We will do our best to assist, but replacement orders or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at SugarDaddyCookiesAtl@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Because our products are perishable, damage claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Local Pickup and Local Delivery
Local pickup or local delivery options may be available for select areas and will appear at checkout when offered.
Please note that our commercial kitchen is used for baking and production only and may not be available for public pickup unless specifically arranged or listed at checkout.
Holiday and Corporate Orders
For holiday gifts, corporate orders, event orders, or large shipments, we recommend ordering as early as possible.
Sugar Daddy Cookies cannot guarantee delivery by a specific holiday, event date, or requested deadline unless that timeline has been confirmed with us in writing.
